8月1日讯 在北京时间今天上午进行的友谊赛中，38岁老将希顿出任曼联首发门将，最终曼联3-2击败贝蒂斯，赛后希顿接受了媒体的采访。
当被问到在两万多名观众面前比赛是否感觉很好时，希顿说道：“说实话确实如此，在场上的感觉太棒了。当你出场比赛的时候，那种感觉令人难以置信，我喜欢这种感觉。”
“今晚能够首发出场太好了，我已经有一段时间没踢满过90分钟的比赛了，有时候会感觉节奏很快，但我融入了比赛。”
希顿出身于曼联青训，2021年免签回归球队，但至今仅为曼联一线队出战3场正式比赛。
